Description

The new building provided places for 800 students aged 14-19. Works commenced on the site in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in April 2016.

Works included a 250-seat purpose-designed theatre, media suites, including a film and TV studio, a theatre construction and craft workshop and specialist health suites.

SEC’s package at Mulberry UTC included the manufacture, factory finished joinery products and installation of which included the main entrance reception desk, Pre-factory finished painted and veneered door sets with ironmongery finishing and installation of internal joinery, comprising of acoustic/fire rated door sets, including all associated ironmongery, acoustic/fire rated glass screens, bespoke joisting to suit theatre and studio areas and installation of primed for paint skirting.
