Description

The project involves a full building adaptation and renovation, this will involve the removal of existing floor slabs, changing of levels and piling.

The building will undertake a full refurbishment with all areas being adapted and reconstructed to provide a newly formed and functional future proofed building. The building will be utilised as office space with the provision of a restaurant area to cater for the occupants of the building. The basement will be adapted and reformed to provide an open plan gym space with showering facilities and ample bike storage space to comply with current changes in methods for traveling to work.
