Located in the heart of Wembley Park, NW07 is a contemporary residential development which sits between Page Place and Elvin Square. With 187 units of Build to Rent accommodation, NW07 continues the work of Quintain and Flanagan Lawrence on the ongoing regeneration of the Wembley area as a vibrant residential, retail, cultural and entertainment area.
The architectural articulation of NW07 is defined by four stepped buildings, echoing the form of the adjacent, Flanagan Lawrence designed Alto building. The facade is composed of tall, vertical frames, punctuated with balconies that allow each apartment to enjoy wide and open views. On the upper roof levels, hard and soft landscaped, south facing shared terraces – which will host an assortment of activities for varying age groups – enjoy views towards Wembley Stadium and across London. The roofs of ground floor commercial units will also be landscaped, further enhancing the views from apartments. Play space for children is provided on the podium and in neighbouring Elvin Gardens.
Adjacent to the main residential entrance on the ground floor, a series of community spaces are provided to promote interaction between residents. A library with workstations, a lounge with soft furniture, and a multi-purpose room – which opens into Elvin Gardens – are located near the lift cores of the building to provide easy access.
On the eastern side of NW07 a variety of retail units are situated along Page Place, a pedestrianized street animated with water features and a mixture of hard and soft landscaping. The small retail units provide amenities to the local residents where they can meet and socialize.
