Customer Care Solutions
SEC has expanded our well-established Customer Care department, which is now named Customer Care Solutions. Over the years we have provided a reactive service, born around our increased presence in the residential & commercial sectors. Due to increased demand, we now offer a wide range of multi trade services to our existing main contractor clients, as well as our new domestic customer base.
Our one stop service delivers everything from aftercare & defects packages, maintenance & multi trade works of any size, heritage jobs to fire door packages. We work closely with our suppliers across many products including flooring, windows, doors and so forth, providing either a supply-only or supply & fit service. Our team provide Customer Care Solutions to all projects, regardless of scale or size.

We are proud to offer our clients a unique service specialising in the inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of fire doors. Our full range of fire door services include:
Annual or bi-annual maintenance
FIRAS accredited to supply and fit new doors
Upgrades and modifications
Inspections by independent certified fire consultants; inclusive and non-intrusive visual surveys
