We are extremely proud of our work to date on Lucent W1, located on the iconic London Piccadilly Circus behind the Piccadilly Lights. This project by Wates Group covers 144,000 square foot which will comprise of offices, retail space, residential and roof terraces over Piccadilly Circus.
SEC’s package is inclusive of SFS roof cassettes, MF fire rated suspended ceilings, extensive w/c complete washroom fit out to all levels, full height DorSuite doors to bathrooms and superloos, 3v ironmongery installation, fire rated Selo doors throughout, supply and install heritage windows by Mumford & Wood Ltd, open plan offices core fit out skirting and circulation doorsets and fire certified robust metal doorsets to back of house.
Lucent W1 is set to be vibrant, elegant and dynamic. We are very much looking forward to seeing the finished building in a few months time.
