Gascoigne East Phase 3b is approaching an important milestone and is set to complete within the next month, bringing high-quality residential living to the Barking community and surrounding areas.
SEC is currently in the final stages of snagging, working diligently to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard as we move towards handover with Wates. This phase is a significant addition to the development, comprising six residential blocks that deliver 272 modern apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Alongside this, the scheme includes more than 40 townhouses, thoughtfully designed across two and three storeys to meet a variety of living needs.
