Last week’s whistlestop tour of some of our projects across London.
Day one at 247 Tottenham Court Road for Kier Group. The project consists of 65,000 sq ft office space to include a high-end bespoke reception desk with liquid metal finish, timber and metal panelling, basement changing area and lockers. We are also providing design and instal services for the 8 luxury apartments to the residential areas including flooring, doors, wardrobes, bathroom cabinetry and entrance panelling.
Following on to White City to visit a completed Television Centre Plot H for Kier; a residential project comprising 172 apartments.
Final stop, Ebury Bridge for BOUYGUES UK where we are working toward a September completion. This residential project package includes all doors and skirtings for 226 apartments as well as timber staircases to duplex apartments and glazed screens to the hub space.
Our team at 76 Upper Ground are completing works on our mock up for Multiplex before commencing fully on the refurbishment and extension of the Grade II listed IBM Building.
Kier reached practical completion on 135 Park Street last week, so we are beginning to finalise our work at this 12-storey commercial project where we have installed high end bespoke joinery to the reception area including luxury front desk and cladding.
Finally, our works are well on their way with second fix staircase installation and second fix carpentry at Kodak Phase 1 for L&Q (internal pictures).
