We are proud to have launched our SEC Apprenticeship and Trainee Supervisor schemes this month, welcoming our new cohort of trainees Ben, Jakob, Aiden, Harland and Paris to the team.
During our launch event the new starters were invited to meet our senior leadership team, learn about their opportunities within the business and the support we will give them at this pivotal time in their developing careers.
Our new apprentices are working alongside our existing Level 2 and 3 apprentices Sonny, Zak and Archie to learn from their experience and see what the next stage can look like.
As a business we are very excited to formally offer trainee supervisor and apprenticeship positions each year on a rolling basis, building the future of the business as we do so. For now, we wish all our new starters the best as they embark on their career in the construction industry with SEC.
