What an excellent way to start the week. This morning our head office staff put on their walking boots and went on a 5k Wellness Walk in the beautiful Kent countryside. On returning to head office we were spoilt with a delicious BBQ lunch provided by Selo! Thank you very much to Tristan Newton and team, we are all feeling very energised for the week now. We are encouraging all staff to donate the money they would have spent on their lunch to Mid Kent Mind, our local mental health charity.
