Project overview
In keeping with the Inspired Villages model, the development offers a selection of luxury cottages and apartments centred around a prestigious Village Centre - providing a focus on wellness with plenty of opportunities for maintaining an active lifestyle, socialising and relaxing.
The seven-acre site is located in a conservation area of Leeds Village, Maidstone, along with the new build elements there is also conservation work to renovate existing Oast Houses as part of the village.
The first phase includes the village core which houses private dining spaces, restaurant, Eric’s café, bar, fitness suite, spa, swimming pool, games rooms and hotel services, along with 53 apartments within the village core and three blocks providing 11 village apartments.
A second phase is due to commence upon completion of phase one and includes a further 50 village apartments across several blocks providing a mix of one-bed and two-bed level access units.

Our wide ranging works on this project included a lychgate, balconies, decking, skirtings, window boards, stair strings, wardrobes and cupboards, door sets, handrails, bathrooms, ironmongery, fire places, hair salon counter, bar and restaurant counters, bookcases, reception desks, gym studio mirror, changing room vanity units and more.
