SEC at Norman Shaw North, Wates ran a mental health and wellbeing event for our site staff recently. We had taken our site team out to Five Guys and then went for a ‘Walk and Talk’ along the River Thames.
It was a great way to give everyone a bit of a break, have a chat outside of their normal working environment and focus on wellbeing in a more relaxed setting in which the sun was shining on that day. Our site team seemed to really enjoy it.
