Project overview
L&Q’s Prime Point scheme in Greenwich delivers 476 modern 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes, overall, consisting of private and 70% shared ownership accommodation encompassed in two contemporary towers alongside brick buildings. The homes consist of 17 townhouses and 459 apartments across the whole scheme. Set amongst a vibrant community with landmarks such as The O2, River Thames and with the London skyline as a backdrop.
Residents enjoy a 15-hour concierge service, roof terraces for relaxation and socialising, along with flexible working zones that include thoughtfully designed co-working spaces that function as a workspace by day and can be reserved for drinks and dinner parties in the evening.
SEC work package
Our scope encompassed the manufacture, delivery and installation of all timber doors, timber staircases, architraves and skirting, alongside the installation of metal doors and door risers throughout the high-quality development.
The package also included statutory signage throughout the development and bespoke residential letterboxes to communal areas, with every element delivered to a consistently high standard and with a strong commitment to the project requirements.
Our works at Prime Point Greenwich were completed with a focus on quality, functionality and visual appeal, meeting the requirements of the project brief while maintaining the high standards expected across the development.
Installation of carpentry elements, inclusive of: timber doors, door risers, architraves, skirtings, timber staircases, bathroom vanity units, metal doors, all signage and bespoke residential letter boxes.
