Project overview
The redevelopment of the original 1960’s office building of Eastbury House. 40 private apartments over 27 storeys on a very constrained site between the railway viaduct and the Embankment.
One third of the building’s footprint is allocated to public space in the form of a 4-storey high external plaza. The plaza has been designed to complement the height of the adjacent Rose Pub and features three levels of workplace above ground and a ground floor café with mezzanine floor.
