Project overview
South Eastern Carpentry are delighted to have provided (First and second fix carpentry) to this project in Tottenham Court Road. The project consists of eight residential apartments, two of which are duplexes, and CAT A offices over six levels including the ground floor which has the office reception, residential reception and several retail units.
SEC work package
The residential apartments are prime high end. Our joinery included door sets, window boards, skirting, wardrobes, bathroom vanity units and oak staircases to the duplex apartments. The residential reception included luxurious oak panelled walls, banquet leather cushioned seating.
Our scope within the offices included an oak veneered WC washroom cubicle system on all levels as well as high end finishes to the reception inclusive of luxurious oak veneered panelling with integrated storage shelves and secret cupboards, blacked steel wall linings and feature lift walls cladded in in ribbed concrete panels along with skirtings and reception desk.
The SEC works package for this project consisted of extensive bespoke joinery items which we managed from design, to manufacture and installation.
