We have had some great news to start 2024, following our recent Considerate Constructors visit at Television Centre Plot H, we were awarded an Excellent score.
The assessor commended us on our newly formed Wellbeing Committee; in being ‘proactive in assessing well-being and creating a work environment with strong psychological well-being.’ Following a soft launch in 2023, we are excited to roll out a diary of wellbeing training, events and informative schemes to all of our site and office staff this year.
Congratulations to our team at TVC, for your hard work and improving this period scoring 41/45 (Excellent) from our previous rating of 35.7/45 (Very Good). We are always striving to improve and develop in all areas of our business.
