After completing works at Gascoigne West Phase 1 last year we have moved on with Wates Group to Phase 2, which is now well underway.
The project in Barking comprises of 5 blocks and 31 townhouses, providing a total of 386 new homes for council-owned regeneration company, Be First.
Our scope of works for this project includes doorsets, architraves, skirting boards, window boards and ironmongery throughout, numerals for FEDs, shower screens and bases, staircase balustrades, bike racks and mail boxes.
PIB Contractors have improved accessibility to drawings and plans by initiating a QR code system for all plans including our door schedule which has been useful technology for our carpenters.
The project is progressing well with our 2nd fix ongoing on three of the five blocks and finals started in two blocks. The overall completion date is April 2024.
