It was fantastic to see the progression of our works at Moxon Street, this month. The project comprises 54 luxury apartments in Marylebone for Kier Group.
Our package is wide ranging including timber doorsets throughout and porcelain balcony tiles to all units. In the 56 private apartments we have supplied and installed engineered oak flooring, sliding frameless pocket doorsets and bespoke luxury FF&E to bathrooms. To the 25 affordable units we have also fitted kitchens, wardrobes, laminate flooring and full FF&E to bathrooms.
In the reception area we will be providing a bespoke timber reception desk clad with stone, chevron flooring, a kitchenette, lockers and changing facilities to staff areas, post boxes and basement lockable storage spaces.
The project is due to complete later this year and we are very excited to see the finished product.
