It was the Wates Residential Supply Chain Awards today and we are thrilled to have won the award for Social Value and also to have come runners up in the Operations, Programme & Quality category!
Our social value work was commended for having the most engagement across employment skills and community projects.
We are proud to have achieved this through our work on many of our Wates Group projects through initiatives such as participating in community clean up schemes, providing valuable work experience and apprenticeships opportunities, attending ‘Guess My Job’ events in primary schools, and speaking at college career events.
