Our works are well and truly underway at Solar Serena Sunrise, Hornchurch for Wates Group Residential.
This regeneration project will provide 175 new homes for the retirement community consisting of affordable & social housing, shared & private ownership.
SEC’s package comprises of internal carpentry works to all apartments including frames, doors, architraves & skirtings in addition to some bespoke reception area joinery, bifold doors, post-boxes & signage.
Having started on site in December 2022, we have already completed the second fix carpentry to block A and have now commenced in block B. There are five blocks in total which will surround a communal landscaped courtyard.
