SEC work package

Our package comprised of the design development, manufacture, factory finished joinery products and installation to a high specification. A mixture of bespoke hardwood veneered and timber door sets with different finishes and fire rating including bronze ironmongery. Metal door sets predominantly to the basement area, ground floor, back of house areas and level 6. Including ironmongery and access control to the required door sets. Concealed metal riser door sets to all levels. Glazed automated door set for the bike store. Fire curtains to back of house, two large fire rated Hormann sliding door. Facilities management kitchen.

Full height LIN300 acoustic hardwood vertical timber panelling to staircase 1 and from ground floor to level 5 atrium full height feature walls. Staircase 1 slatted timber panelling to match the wall panelling to all low level faces of the staircase, from top to bottom, with the landings and half landings curved with a continuous LED lighting strip downlighting the slatted panels. Inclusive of very large 1.5 metre high numerals, machined out of the vertical timber slatted panels, located ground floor to level 6, next to staircase 1 and ground floor reception area.

Bespoke large custom made reception desk with a Richlite desk top, bronze horizontal trims to the perimeter and vertical timber slats applied to match the design intent of the main feature panelling but a very dark mahogany finish with the desk skirting finished in terrazzo.
