Project overview
Restoration of a former ‘King Charles' Boys School House in Tunbridge Wells. The building is part of The Brew House Hotel and is the centre piece of a series of improvements to both this building and the adjoining buildings in extending the hotel facilities.
The extension of the Hotel to create a further 24 new bedrooms including four wheelchair accessible rooms and consolidate the Old School House as the function suite and the Grade II listed buildings adjacent as the Hotel’s restaurant/cafe.
