Project overview

The M104 “Waterman” project was part of the wider Greenwich Peninsula regeneration and formed the centre of what was described as Upper Riverside. The building incorporated 279 residential apartments which consisted of Intermediate / H.A and Social constructed within a 32 storey tower and seven storey podium building all built over a single storey basement. The penthouse and duplex apartments had an average selling price of £950 per sq. ft. The amenities within the development included a suspended 12 seater cinema a business hub and an enclosed communal deck on level 23 to accommodate over a 150 guests.

SEC work package

The design development, manufacture, factory finished joinery products and installation of which included, bespoke bathroom furniture vanity units with stone worktops, bespoke finished shower screens and cubicles, within all of the different apartment types our package included the prefinished bedroom wardrobes and associated storage and lighting, engineered and veneered timber flooring, pre-factory finished painted and oak veneered door sets with ironmongery in addition the frame less prefinished concealed riser doors, bespoke joinery items which included the reception desk, wall panelling fitted furniture and art deco wall panelling within the entrance foyer.

Our specialist joinery also included the design, supply and fix of the private cinema with the associated acoustic wall panelling, seating and cinema screen housing fully integrated with the acoustic wall panelling, the wall panelling and bespoke designed furniture within the duplex apartments and penthouses and the tinted mirrored wall and ceiling panelling within the lift lobby entrances from the entrance foyers.
