Project overview

Verdo Kew Bridge is a mixed-use development next to Kew Bridge Railway Station in Brentford, London TW8. The project incorporates 900 new homes, a new 17,250-seater community stadium for Brentford Football Club (BFC), as well as a mix of shops, restaurants, cafes and landscaped gardens.

Approximately half of the new homes will be Build-to-Rent (BtR), which were acquired by Invesco Real Estate in Q4 2018 on behalf of one of its international clients in an agreement valued at nearly £400m.

All of the studio, 1, 2 and 3 bed homes deliver EcoWorld’s London outstanding contemporary living, alongside a comprehensive set of premium amenities. 300+ units, 4 blocks, max 16 storeys.

Internal joinery to residential areas, ballet studio & communal areas. Communal doors and signage in hallways, communal bathrooms and disabled bathrooms, The Nest and The Studio FF&E finishes, ballet screen and handrail, skirting and internal doors throughout. Post-boxes and joinery storage and shelving to reception area. Internal apartments shower screen, ironmongery, bath panels, doors and frames, skirting, architrave and cupboards.
