Upon entering 'The Burlian' our curved, concaved and arched arcade reception panelling makes a striking first impression; the timber is stained oak finished with anodised aluminium trim detail. The main reception continues with vertical curved panelling sections with anodised trims, many of which disguising invisible doors concealing services. The timber panels sit below the perforated anodised aluminium ventilation grill and the champagne trims between acoustic wall panels. We also manufactured and installed galvanised metal box ceiling which was illuminated with stretch fabric, sitting between arched powder coated side panels, trims and intersection roses. Finally, the centre piece of the reception area is a bespoke reception desk clad with Broughton Moore stone quarried in the lake district and an elegant leather worktop.

The basement changing facilities begin with our oak veneered portal and ceiling panel; fabricated with slot for linear LED downlighters. Our joinery items include bespoke lockers; supplied solid grade laminate finish; to match oak veneered timber portals as well as benches and steel fabricated ironing boards incorporated into bespoke cabinetry. In the washroom areas, sinks were formed out of Grigio Alpi stone with matching vanity tops and the mirrors were manufactured bespoke with rolled stainless steel perimeter trims with a powder coated black finish. The white laminated cubical doors feature an oak laminated half moon insert around lock indicator, to match the design feature. Inside wash cubicles feature Grassi-Pietre worktops and Majestic doors and screens to shower rooms. In the lift lobby areas to each floor we installed plain and fluted upper and lower panels with high factory lacquered finish surrounded by powder coated aluminium trims finished off in the communal stairwell solid oak oil finished factory bent flowing handrails.
