Project overview
Four exceptional residences located over five floors with a penthouse duplex occupying the fourth and fifth floors. The first, second and third floors contain spacious reception rooms, large kitchens, generous master suites, two other bedroom suites and a media room. The penthouse, set over two floors, allowing for the private living accommodation on the fourth floor whilst the more public entertaining areas take full advantage of the rooftop level, excess of light and special advantages. State of the art built in lighting systems, audio systems, heating and cooling, these and much else all controlled by a central building management system, combined with layers of security and a 24hr concierge provide the ultimate stylish contemporary living.

Design development, manufacture, factory finishing and installation of superior, bespoke internal joinery, bedroom and bathroom furniture to superior residential apartments with a circa package value of approx. £1.65m.
We extended and refurbished the existing five residential apartments, combining the fourth and fifth floor apartments into one large duplex apartment which will be known as ‘The Penthouse’. All the common parts refurbished, the exterior facades repaired and cleaned and all the windows replaced with double glazing. All the building services renewed and upgraded.
