Description

“The redevelopment of the original 1960s office building of Eastbury House delivered 40 private apartments over 27 storeys on a very constrained site between the railway viaduct and the Embankment. One third of the building’s footprint is allocated to public space in the form of a 4‐storey high external plaza. The plaza has been designed to complement the height of the adjacent Rose Pub and features three levels of workplace above ground and a ground floor café with mezzanine floor.”

SEC's package included the design development, manufacture, factory finishing and Installation of purpose made joinery including Internal Door Sets & Ironmongery, Bathroom Joinery and Lift Lobby Panelling.
